Welcome rageling.

We are so thrilled to have you join us for RAGEher, this girls night out reimagined, a night designed to transform your in-rage into out-rage in a safe, supportive space.

We want to make sure you have all the info on what to expect from the evening. We’ll cover as much as we can here, but if you have additional questions, please text me (Krissie) at 646-515-4732. We got you.

Where to go

The Institute – Soul of Yoga

162 S Rancho Santa Fe Rd, Suite A70 Encinitas, CA 92024 **Please note that this is NOT the main Soul of Yoga campus.**

When to arrive

Between 6:50-7:10PM PT.

This experience relies on you being on time within that window. If you’re someone who tends to be early, follow that instinct. If you like being a few minutes late, limit your lateness to 7:10.

If you’re not here within that time, we may not be able to have you join the event.

What to wear

Dress to move. Dress to dance. Dress as your inner wild woman or your inner beast. Dress in glimmer and gold or in your sparkliest of sparkles. Dress to impress yourself and yourself alone, whatever that means to you.

Oh, and shoes don’t matter because you’ll remove them upon arrival, but bring socks if you don’t like to be barefoot.

What to bring

A yoga mat, ear phones or ear plugs (in case you want some barrier to or respite from loud noises), water.

Please know that your yoga mat will become part of a larger connected floor space so if you do not want other people touching your mat, please do not bring it (we will have many available).

Accessibility

The space is fully accessible.

What to expect

You will be in a room with people expressing their emotions physically and vocally. Expect loud noises and lots of movement.

RAGEher Club Rules

Please make sure you’re familiar with the club rules (below), which you already agreed to as part of the ticket purchase process, as they are an important part of creating a supportive space for everyone.

With that, see you soon!

Yours in collective rage,

Krissie and the RAGEher Team

    • Women only, 18 and up (unless accompanied by parent). We welcome you on this journey if you’re cis, trans, or fluid and currently embodying your woman self.

    • Your journey is your own, and you own your journey, but you do not journey alone. In other words, you are responsible for how deep you go and what you get out of this experience.

    • Please be open and curious about stepping into discomfort.

    • And please take care of yourself first and foremost, knowing that your fellow Ragelings and the Rage Doulas are here to witness and support you.

    • Honor other participants’ boundaries, space, and stories both during and after RAGEher.

    • Share from your own experiences only; no advice or coaching.

    • Absolutely NO physical harm to yourself or others.

    • Come sober. No mind-altering substances of any kind, including alcohol, drugs, etc.

    • Many of us have experiences with trauma, and anger can be triggering. If you’re seeing a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or other mental health professional, please consult with them before attending.

    • If at any time during this experience your anger turns inwards, we invite you to stop.

    • We understand that mutual and collective trust is paramount for the experience. Please know that we will be taking a few (non-flash) photos throughout for use  in communications about RAGEher in the future.
