Last minute reminders...

Welcome rageling.

We are so thrilled to have you join us for RAGEher, this girls night out reimagined, a night designed to transform your in-rage into out-rage in a safe, supportive space.

We want to make sure you have all the info on what to expect from the evening. We’ll cover as much as we can here, but if you have additional questions, please text me Krissie at 646-515-4732. We got you.

Where to go

Hairpin Arts Center

2810 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60618, United States

When to arrive

Between 6:50-7:10PM - Doors close at 7:15PM sharp

This experience relies on you being on time within that window. If you’re someone who tends to be early, follow that instinct. If you like being a few minutes late, limit your lateness to 7:10. If you’re not here within that time, we may not be able to have you join the event.

What to wear

Dress to move. Dress to dance.

Dress as your inner wild woman or your inner beast. Dress in glimmer and gold or in your sparkliest of sparkles. Dress to impress yourself and yourself alone, whatever that means to you.  Oh, and shoes don’t matter because you’ll remove them upon arrival, but bring socks if you don’t like to be barefoot.

What to bring

A yoga mat, ear phones or ear plugs, water.

Please know that your yoga mat will become part of a larger connected floor space so if you do not want other people touching your mat, please do not bring it (we will have many available).

Accessibility

The space is fully accessible.

The event is on the second floor, and there is elevator access.

What to expect

Expect loud noises and lots of movement.

Expect loud noises and lots of movement. You will be in a room with people expressing their emotions physically and emotionally. There may be tears, sobbing, yelling, screaming, tantruming, punching pillows, using foam bats to hit bolsters. You are invited to participate as much or as little as feels right to you and your body.

RAGEher Club Rules

All who enter RAGEher must agree to the following:

  • Please be open and curious about stepping into discomfort.

  • Please take care of yourself first and foremost, knowing that your fellow Ragelings and the Rage Doulas are here to witness and support you.

  • Honor other participants’ boundaries, space, and stories both during and after RAGEher.

  • Share from your own experiences only; no advice or coaching.

  • Absolutely NO physical harm to yourself or others.

  • No mind-altering substances of any kind, including alcohol, drugs, etc.

  • Many of us have experiences with trauma, and anger can be triggering. If you’re seeing a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or other mental health professional, please consult with them before attending.
